02-25-2016 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Gary & Patricia Faw, relatives of Wayne & Ethel Goins.  They have been missionaries for 3 years in China  and 3 1/2 years in India.  They recently returned to the states for a vacation but was notified  they could not return due to the ruling of a new president.  Gary has been granted permission to return long enough to collect their belongings.  Please pray for his safety and that this process would go smoothly. 

2-22-2016 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Annie Bently.  She is scheduled for ankle surgery in the morning.

Pray for Dreisa Lefler.  She is in the hospital with heart issues.

Pray for Diana Boles.  She has been hospitalized with Pneumonia.

02-19-2016 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for the family of Jane Brinkley as she passed away Thursday, February 18th.

We also have a praise to report-Kathryn Vogel, Don Watson's daughter, came through her surgery.
Continue to pray as she recovers. 

02-17-2016 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Annette Nifong.  She is having an eye implant Thursday.  Pray this will be successful.

Pray for Jane Brinkley ( a friend in the community).  She is under Hospice care in the hospital.  She has been diagnosed with critical lung cancer.

Pray for  Kathryn Vogel (Don Watson's youngest daughter) scheduled to have surgery tomorrow.

02-16-2016 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Shelby Lookabill (the mother of a co-worker of Jo Barlow).  She is in the hospital on a ventilator as a result of complications with Pneumonia. 

2-12-2016 Prayer Requests

Pray for Annie Bentley who fell and broke the ends of two bones in her right leg a couple of weeks ago.  This is beyond repair and she's been told she will not be able to walk again.  Please pray Annie will be able to adjust to this news and for pain relief.  Also pray for her daughters Linda & Joyce as they deal with this situation and pray stress will not be a factor.

Also be in prayer for Paul Enscore's daughter Erica Thompson who is a having cancer test run next week.  Please pray for good test results and for God to give Paul peace as his daughters is having this test.

Pray for Sybil Laughter, Sandra Hill's mother who is having shoulder surgery in the morning.

Pray for Rita Fulp, Regina Pomeroy's mother who is being released from the hospital today.

Pray for Robert Craver as he is having surgery this afternoon.  Pray this goes well.

Pray for John Priest and Dennis Taylor as they are headed to Guatemala with a medical missions team.  They will be gone for a week

Pray for Faye Dinger, April Cooke's Aunt-she is having hiatal hernia surgery today.  Please pray the surgery goes well. 

2-09-2016 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Flo Barnett, the mother-in-law of  Steve Wagner's sister.    She is having hip surgery tomorrow.  Pray this surgery goes well.

Also be in prayer for Jim & Lorelei Druhl's neighbor who has just been diagnosed with cancer in her spine.  Please pray for doctor's wisdom as they treat her.

Pray for a little girl named Natalie who was adopted by friends of Jim & Lorelei Druhl's son.  This 9 year old is from China.  She was born deaf and is having problems with a deformed jaw.  Please pray he Lord will direct her parents to the right doctors who can help her.

Pray for Sybil Laughter, Sandra Hill's mother.  She is having back surgery in the morning.  Please pray the surgery goes well.  She also faces arm surgery after she fell and broke her arm a week ago.  She has Alzheimer's Disease and is in much need of prayer.  Also pray for Sandra as she cares for her mom and her dad who broke his neck in the Fall of last year.  He is still having complications.

Pray for Rita Fulp, Regina Pomeroy's mother.  She is in ICU with heart issues.

2-8-2015 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for the family of Jeremy Sink upon the death of his grandmother, Pansy Sink, who passed away Sunday.  Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 10th 5-7 p.m.  at Davidson Funeral Home on Hickory Tree Rd.  The service will be Thursday, Feb. 11th at 2p.m. at Midway United Methodist Church.

PRAISE!  Tim Hiatt was scheduled to have a procedure Wednesday.  he has received test results that have revealed the procedure is not needed at this time.  

2-5-1016 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Kory Beckner.  This is Joye Beckner's grandson.  He has gone into an alcohol and drug rehab.  Joye has asked that we specifically pray for personality changes to take place.  Pray also for Kory's wife and two boys.

PRAISE!  Gina Regenthal had breast cancer surgery and the doctor's report came back that the cancer is gone.  There is no signs of cancer in lymph nodes.  Continue to pray as she recovers from surgery.

Please continue to pray for Pansy Sink (Jeremy Sink's grandmother).  She had a massive stroke, and has a large clot on her brain.  She is currently under Hospice Care.  Also pray for strength for the family during this time. 

We also ask that you remember Margo Menendez Harvey, a friend of Chip Edwards.  She has been diagnosed with emphysemia. 

2-4-20 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Dot Jones.  She has a fractured vertebrae.  Please pray for healing.

Pray for Michael Thomas Taylor (26 year old son of Pastor Brian Taylor--co-worker of John Priest) was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident.  Please pray for complete healing.

2-02-2016 Prayer Requests

Lew Thomas has a friend who called and requested prayer for a young boy named Caleb.  He was burnt severely.  Please pray for healing and pain relief.

Pray for Pansy Sink, Jeremy Sink's grandmother.  She is in the emergency room at FMC.  She has a large blood clot on her brain that is inoperable.  The family has been called.  Pray for strength and comfort during this difficult time.
