4-29-14 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Jim Long.  He is having open heart surgery today.  This will be a 3 to 4 bypass procedure.

Pray for Carol Thomas as she recovers from knee replacement surgery.  

Pray for Denise Currie and family upon the death of her sister Shirley West.  Visitation with the family will be tonight at Davidson Funeral Home on Hickory Tree 6-8 p.m.  The funeral will be tomorrow at Immanuel New Eden Moravian Church on Old Lexington Rd. in Winston-Salem at 11 a.m.

Pray for Tommy Steele.  He has an upper respiratory infection.

Pray for Cybil Lowder, Sandra Hill's mom.  She will have a breast biopsy today.  Pray for good results.

Pray for Daphne Morrison.  She is scheduled for surgery May 13th.  She has been experiencing extreme pelvic pain.

Pray for Dean Robertson's brother, Scott, who has been diagnosed with Leukemia.  

4-24-14 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Nancy Norman.  Her doctor informed her yesterday she has Stage 3 Pancreatic cancer.  Please pray for God's touch and encouragement.  Also be in prayer for transportation needs as Nancy will soon be starting radiation treatments for 6 weeks.  If you would be interested in helping provide transportation, please call Nancy at 336-764-5286.

Pray for Chris Sink, a neighbor of Chip Edwards.  He had emergency surgery yesterday and has many health needs.  Pray for complete healing.

Please pray for Alison Collins mother.  She has health issues.

4-15-14 Prayer Requests

We have a praise concerning Nancy Norman.  Her PET scan results indicate her cancer has not spread.  Please continue to pray as Nancy undergoes treatment. 

Please be in prayer for Mike Tucker, a teacher of Mackenzie Lambeth's.  He is in the hospital.  Please pray for healing.

4-8-14 Prayer Requests

Please continue to pray for Nancy Norman.  She has pancreatic cancer and is going for a PET Scan tomorrow.  Pray the cancer has not spread and for pain relief.

Also remember Shirley West (Denise Currie's sister).  She is at FMC in the last stages of cancer.  Pray for comfort & strength for the entire family.

Pray for Joe Stewart (Vonnie Davis brother)-he is facing a very critical surgery.  Pray for wisdom for the doctors.

4-3-14 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Sandra Griffith, Michael Griffith's mother.  She is holding her own in ICU  after having her colon removed.  She may have to have a feeding tube.  Please pray for God's touch upon her body.   

4-02-14 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Sienna Rush.  This is a granddaughter of Anne Ross's neighbor.  Doctors think she has Leukemia.  Please pray for complete healing and for the entire family as they care for Sienna.

Pray for Page Stout (Isaac & Becky Stout's granddaughter).  She came home from the hospital.  She will see a Doctor in the next few days to check her oxygen.  She has a collapsed lung and possibly a cracked rib.

4-01-14 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Jake Raines.  He is at UNC Hospital but is expected to go home by the end of the week.  He has MRSA in his foot.
