Please be in prayer for Elmer Taylor.  He is scheduled for a knee replacement tomorrow morning.  Pray this surgery goes well.

Pray for Keryl Edwards' granddaughter, Anna Grace.  She is 4 years old and has an inflamed appendix.  Pray for healing. 

Keryl has also requested prayer for the family of Phil Everhart who passed away.  Pray specifically for peace and comfort for his daughter, Amanda during this time.

We praise the Lord that Regina Pomeroy received good news!  The results of her biopsy were benign.

Please pray for Anne Hatfield.  This is the sister to Faith's Assistant Day Care Director.  She had a stroke.  She has a 99 % blockage and an 80 % blockage.  She will have surgery Tuesday and has been told she could likely have another stroke during surgery.  Pray the surgery will go well.

Pray for David & Anne Shropshire's brother-in-law, Roger Nichols. He has a mass in his lung and will start chemo today. Pray for God's touch upon his body. Pray for Leon Small's nephew, Steven. He is in the military and has just returned from serving in Kuwait. He has just discovered that a man in his unit committed Suicide. Pray for the Lord to provide exactly what is needed for this man's family, Steven and his unit as they process this news.

Please be in prayer for Nancy Nifong (Derick Nifong's mother). She has moved to the Hospice Home in Lexington. Pray for Candy Lamanna. She was admitted to the hospital with Preeclampsia. She is 31 weeks along in her pregnancy but cannot deliver until she is 34 weeks along. Pray for God's touch upon her body.

Please be in prayer for Pastor Gates as he recovers from a knee replacement he had Monday. He seems to be doing well and will get to go home tomorrow. Please pray for Nancy Fulk as she is now at home recovering from a knee replacement. Pray for complete healing. Pray for Roberta Griffith, Michael Griffith's aunt. She has a bleeding ulcer, she has lost a lot of blood, her blood pressure is extremely low and she is in critical condition at a hospital in VA.

Frank & Carol Thomas have requested prayer for their employee, Susan. She recently had Pneumonia and is on her way to the doctor this morning with sharp pains in her stomach. Susan takes care of her elderly mother who has health issues. Pray doctors will figure out what's going on with Susan and she will soon have relief from this pain. Pray as Mel Davis will have a surgical procedure Thursday.

He is having outpatient surgery tomorrow at Baptist for a rare cancer. He has had two previous surgeries for this. Please pray, in this surgery, for all cancer to be removed.

This is someone that Jim & Lorelei Druhl's son is trying to help and witness to. He has physical and mental issues and is not allowed to stay in homeless shelters because of his mental condition. A doctor has now found where her infection is coming from. There is a pinhole in her colon causing the abscess. Please pray for God's touch on Lorelei and for complete healing. She is at home from the hospital but is having issues with her blood pressure, she has a bulging disc which is causing much pain and she will be traveling to Florida for her mother's Memorial service which will be Sunday, September 2nd. She still has kidney stones. Pray for safe travel, encouragement and comfort during this time and for the kidney stone surgery to go well when she gets back from Florida.

We also want to give you an update on Fran Lindley's friend, Mary. she came through her back surgery yesterday and is doing well. Pray for a good recovery. Please be in prayer for Riley Huneycutt. She is having massive oral surgery. Normally this is a 1 hour procedure but this will take 4-6 hours. This will improve her ability to chew and swallow. Pray for minimal pain following the surgeryand for a smooth recovery. She will be in the hospital tonight and possibly tomorrow night. C.A. Hyatt came through his surgery. He had two stints put in (1 for a 70% Blockage and one for a 90% blockage). Please pray as he recovers.

07-11-2018 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for an 18 year old that has a mass in her abdomen which possibly involves the lymph nodes. This is an aquaintance of Jim & Lorelei Druhl's. She is going for an appointment today. Pray for God's touch upon this young lady's body. Also remember Tom Ross as he is released from the hospital today. Pray as he is on antibiotics for infection. Pray the infection will clear up and for continued pain relief until he is able to have the stone removed.

7-10-2018 Prayer Requests

Please be in prayer for Tom Ross. He was scheduled for a procedure to remove a kidney stone yesterday. A stint was installed, however, infection was discovered and he has been put on antibiotics. Doctors will try to remove the stone in two weeks after he completes the round of antibiotics. Dianne Smith will be moved to Salemtowne Rehabilitation Center today. Pray as Dianne goes through this process and pray for complete healing.

Please be in prayer for friends of Joye Beckner. Two horrific events have occurred in their family. Pray for God's intervention in this and pray the perpetrator will be exposed. Pray for Shane & Marinda Wagner (friends of Chris & Kim Albright). Their daughter, Rachel, was involved in a very serious accident this morning. Pray for God's touch upon her body. Pray for Leon Small. Early this morning, some of his stitches came out. This was repaired and due to blood loss, he had to be given blood. He seems to be doing some better. His blood pressure is low. Pray for continued healing.

Pray doctors will be able to make good decisions and will not have to take any of her foot. Please be in prayer for Libby Faust. She was treated for severe dehydration yesterday at the hospital. She is now at home and scheduled to see her doctor Monday. Please pray for strength and healing. Remember Lew Thomas tomorrow as he begins cancer therapy. Pray specifically there will be no major side effects and pray the treatment will be effective. We'd like to give you an update on Kelly Barlow. She came through her foot surgery.
